To ensure your visit is productive and tailored to your pet's needs: - Routine Wellness & Vaccinations: We recommend scheduling preventive wellness checks at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred day and time. - Illness & Non-Emergency Concerns: If your pet is limping, scratching excessively, experiencing minor gastrointestinal upset, or showing subtle changes in appetite, please submit your request or call us directly at (405) 372-3200 for same-day availability. - Surgical & Dental Bookings: Elective spay/neuter, dental cleanings, and soft tissue surgeries require pre-anesthetic consultation and fasting instructions; our team will coordinate the full timeline with you. - Urgent Emergency Cases: If your pet has collapsed, sustained trauma, ingested poisons, or is experiencing severe respiratory distress, DO NOT wait for online confirmation! Can I drop my pet off in the morning and pick them up after work?
Yes! We offer convenient weekday drop-off appointments. You can drop your pet off between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM, our veterinarians will examine them between surgical cases, and you can pick them up before 5:30 PM.
