There are times when you may not be able to schedule an appointment, and we understand that. In those cases, we welcome you and your pet to visit us on a walk-in basis.
Appointments are always preferred and will take precedence over walk-ins, but we realize the importance of having this option with peoples busy schedules.
Our Walk-In Policy & Medical Triage System
To provide organized, high-quality medicine for every patient: - Priority Triage: All walk-in patients are immediately assessed upon arrival by our veterinary nursing team. Unstable emergencies (severe trauma, acute respiratory distress, collapse) receive immediate priority. - Scheduled Appointments Precedence: Non-emergency scheduled appointments are honored at their reserved times. Walk-in patients are worked into our schedule between appointments or surgical procedures. - Convenient Drop-Off Option: If our lobby wait time is longer than your schedule allows, you are welcome to utilize our Day Drop-Off service. Leave your pet in our comfortable hospital ward in the morning, and our doctors will examine them, perform necessary diagnostics, and call you with findings before afternoon pickup.
Walk-In Operating Hours
Walk-in patients are accepted at our 6012 N Washington St clinic: - Monday through Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM - Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM - While walk-ins are always welcomed, a quick call to our front desk at (405) 372-3200 prior to leaving home helps us advise you on current wait times and prepare for your arrival.
